Thank you for your comments and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The main floor suite (Walker Suite) is the only room in the house with the floor model AC unit. It was not possible to get the central air into this room. Our parking situation has always been this way for the past 10 years. The last car to return parks parallel to the garage and blocks our garage doors. COVID has caused many "hick ups" in our previous breakfast routines. When COVID started we removed breakfast from the price of the rooms and removed the Bed and Breakfast portion from our listing. Sharing the dining space with other guests is not an option at this point in time. We feel that the boxed breakfast are a great alternative. We will be re addressing the breakfast options at the end of this summer.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. As we have been recovering from COVID many of our returning guests have told us they are not comfortable sharing our smaller dining room at this point in time. For that reason we posted on Expedia that the dining room was closed until Sept 3, 2022. The boxed breakfasts have been very popular with guests. They are individually made each day by the local deli, and we feel they are excellent value for the money. We will be re addressing the breakfast options at the end of this summer.
