"We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day. "

"When I booked to stay here I didn't know what I was actually booking since I only needed a room for one night and this was the only option close to the Fort William train station that was left. WOW! I was blown away by it!!! The rooms were amazing! The dinning area and dinner was wonderful. I've already decided that when it comes time for my honeymoon this will be place I want it at."

"I stayed one night. Check in and check out was quick. The breakfast was good. The property is a bit old but it's clean."

"The lodge was very clean and charming. We felt at home right away. We were not missing anything that we needed. Communication was easy and quick. We would be happy to book there again. I suppose the only downside is that it is right off the highway, so cars and lorries are regularly passing by. This does take away from the peace of the lake on the other side of the highway. But this negative point is eclipsed by all the positive aspects. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Glenlochy Nevis Bridge Apartments. The apartment was exceptionally clean — the carpets were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. It genuinely feels homely and cosy, not just like a rental. "We had the most delightful stay at the Whispering Pines Hotel. Spotless hotel with delightful and polite staff. The night was very stormy but we felt warm and cosy and despite the numerous times the electricity cut out the generators kicked in and we were back on with power with no fuss. My only criticism is the meal prices were way too high and the choices were too limited"
