The staff was friendly. The cleanliness wasnt what I expected. We exchanged the blankets when arriving because it seemed they weren't cleaned. The dust was also awful. We got a swiffer mop from the local Walmart and cleaned the floors because they were very dirty as well.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the jet tub was amazing! It’s definitely worth the extra money. I will definitely be back to stay here again when I visit. Thank you!

THis is the second time we have stayed here, the first being a couple years ago. Very nice place to stay, great location for our trip to the Darke Co Wine Festival. Good parking. Staff was helpful. Maintenance guy went above and beyond for us. Appreciate that very much. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The website advertised a pool which there was not. The paint was peeling in the bottom of one of the tubs and there were dust bunnies hiding behind the headboards on the floor. Other than that, the property was pretty well maintained and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

We only saw one "staff", the check in manager. The bathroom was clean as was the bedding. The floor didn't feel clean. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The TV worked as did the refrigerator. The room price was less than the Holiday Inn or Quality Inn but we needed a pet friendly room and this fit the bill. There was no pet smell from previous occupants.

Despite the front of the building not looking at all like a hotel inside was clean and up to date. Game room with pool tables, darts, basketball and a few claw machines were a nice addition too. There’s a restaurant there as well. Room was clean and comfortable, jacuzzi tub was great to relax in while 12 inches of snow fell outside. They were very prompt in cleaning the parking lot and sidewalks. Didn’t even have a problem at 3am when going out for work. Front desk guys was very pleasant. I will be back.
