The best part about this stay was the staff! Zero amenities no internet no ice machine no pool. Floors were so dirty had to keep the kids off the floor. The staff only had a broom but it needed to be mopped! To be fair it was under new management so I’m sure that did play a role however, why open it to the public stating you have WiFi and pool and other amenities if you don’t.

The hotel clerk was new and was not well trained. Check in took over 10 minutes and she had to put us in a different room after initially giving us a room with no electronic lock. The next room was a smoker room (booked non-smoking) and it was hot as the A/C wasn't on. Also the bed was not fully made and we had to go ask for a full roll of toilet paper. Also homeless people were congregated outside the hotel by the dumpster.
