Decent place at convenient location

It was basic room. Nothing fancy. It suited our needs for a work trip. I have paid more for equal or less in the past. One thing is it a convenient location. Its older but the neighboring businesses are new. Just an older place in decent location at a good price. For some it will not fit your needs.

Roach motel... stains on the bed spread. No ice bucket or glasses. No remote for tv or ashtray in smoking room. Biggest plus was learning they are pet friendly! (Wish id known prior, because I left my pup at home...

Great employees horrible buio

The employees were fantastic, but the facility itself was completely run down. Rusting out stair wells, doors that don't close, uneven beds, patched holes in walls no paint, worn away paint, no towels or wash clothes.

Sub par perhaps too high of a ranking

After the friendly check-in, it went down hill fast from there. Stained linens with cigarette burn marks is just one example.

The employees were really nice especially the man at the desk. The photos on Expedia do not match what the rooms look like. We couldn’t stay there because there was a roach as soon as we walked in. The air conditioner broken. There was just stained sheets with no comforter to sleep with. A lot of the buttons on the phone were missing. It seems like the owner just doesn’t have the funds to keep it up to date. I recommend the stay but not the place. The gentleman at the desk was polite and did give me a refund for the room.

Roaches everywhere! Luckily I only booked for one night , it’s not worth it at all. The latch on the door was broken, bathroom damaged, bed sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets to try and make it work for the night but he gave me more dirty sheets. I’d never spend even an hour in that room voluntarily. It didn’t seem safe ! And the guy at the front desk didn’t help much at all not to mention the fact that when I was explaining it was dirty he cut me off to speak to someone else who was in line after me.

This was the worst hotels I’ve stayed in - stayed for the football game because the our rental canceled on us last minute. This was one of the few hotels with vacancy. Now I know why. Dirty destroyed walls and doors and sheet cover with stains and cigarette holes.

We were given two rooms for our family and discovered bugs in both of them almost immediately. In one room, bugs were found around the TV and directly on the pillows and bedding. In the second room, we saw at least 10 bugs in dark areas around and under the TV. Many were about the size of a nickel, with some closer to the size of a quarter. We reported the issue to hotel management right away. Because both rooms had the same problem, we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. We left the hotel and found accommodations somewhere else for the night. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. Finding bugs in both rooms, including on the bedding, was unacceptable. I would not stay here again or recommend this property.

Reserved a NONsmoking room. Unable to stay in the room due to strong smoke smell. Desk attendent said no rooms are really considered nonsmoking at this site and attempted to improve the issue with deodorizing spray. The main door was not functional, they said it would be fixed the next day. Did not stay and ended up getting another room at a different hotel.
