Clean and all we needed to stay while fishing Lake Fork for 3 days. I like that parking is boat friendly and marked off for each room and electric outlet for each room. I love that they have a awesome tackle store right next door.

Excellent location right on Lake Fork. We stayed in one of their motel rooms facing the lake. Room was clean, beds comfy, area amenities such as boat ramp, bbq grills and tackle shop were terrific.

Awesome place to stay for anyone wanting to be right on the lake. A nice quiet area with plenty of parking for your boat! Best tackle shop of anywhere I’ve been. Rooms super clean, AC blows super cold and enough water pressure to almost hurt! The people running it and the shop are fantastic to work with and also just socialize with and learn about the lake and area!

Very clean rooms. Super friendly staff a really great fishing tackle store that has a better selection than most big box stores. Not to mention they have Lake Fork within just yards from your room with a boat ramp and a fishing pier. If you are a fishing fan then you pretty much owe it to yourself to stay with these guys. It was a truly great experience for me. I’m gonna be a regular for sure.

Nice but need updated

Very nice people and the room was clean. They need to do some updating and the chain lock on my door was broken. The bed was very hard but it was a nice quite place with a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. I would stay hrre again if I ever go back that way.

Perfect bang for your buck! I wouldnt say the room was out dated but its definitely not your fanciest. Its perfect if your looking for a room to spend a few hours a day in while you take a break from the lake and to sleep. Has your basic amenities that you would expect such as a coffee pot and mini fridge. As long as your not looking for a high end hotel and just wanting somewhere comfortable and quiet to stay this is the place for you! Highly recommend and definitely coming to stay on my next trip to lake fork!

The standard room is basically a place to sleep and shower. It's in need of upgrades and repairs. Gaps between the door and frame large enough to put your finger through, no dead bolt, shower head is very low and the toilet seat is rough shape. That being said, plenty of hot water and a surprisingly comfy bed. Will try a newer room in the future.

Have been staying here for years. It has changed hands a few times. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They stated the new owners are remodeling the rooms one at a time. Other than that, the room we were in was a little dated, the tv speaker was buzzing, the toilet seat was loose and the room air freshener was overpowering. we unplugged the air freshener and the other things were very minor. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. That's the main things we were concerned about.

Two clean beds, clean bathroom. Super close to the Lake. Perfect for a fishing trip. It was all that a couple of simple fishermen needed for the 3- S’s & a place to rest. Nice tackle shop onsite also.
