Great location and the staff were amazing. The lobby was very hot and not suited for enjoying breakfast in the morning due to the uncomfortable temperature but the room was clean and cool and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was absolutely amazing. The room was especially especially cleaned. Breakfast was very hot and warm. The staff was friendly. We had a wonderful time. It was his 54th birthday. We had a great time.

The staff was very helpful! The hotel observes quiet hours from 10pm to 7am which was awesome to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep! The beds were comfortable and I actually had a sheet, blanket and comforter on the bed which was so much like home

Clean and quiet stay. We were in the Executive King Bed size room. I liked the set up of it, seemed a good amount of floor space. Bathroom had a lot of counter space & was clean. Water was hot, but the shower pressure was kind of low, not too bad though. Main problem with our room was we were on the 7th floor and had no wi-fi. Called the first night to ask if there was a password because it just kept spinning around. We asked if it takes awhile to get on sometimes & they said yes. Next morning we went down to breakfast & the internet came right on. Went back up to our room and it was gone. Called the next day and complained again, they acted like they were working on it. So if you want wi-fi, make sure you stay on one of the lower floors. No other problems with our stay here, would stay again.

I arrived at the hotel with my service dog, and the first room they gave me on the 2nd floor was basically infested with roaches. I've killed three immediately upon entry. I believe it was Rm 213 (third door on left off the elevator). The 2nd room on the first floor was a lot better but I did have to kill one roach. Other than that, the stay was good. Rooms were clean. The gentleman at the front desk was great and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle's battery died when I arrived at the hotel, and he allowed me to keep it parked under the awning overnight. In the morning, his coworker allowed me to use her jump box, to where I was able to leave and get another battery. Breakfast variety was good as well. I highly recommend the stay here and would definitely come back.

Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful.

This was a great hotel for one night on a girls trip. We spent the day on the swamp rabbit trail and then checked in. It’s close to the mall and we walked to dinner at Bimini’s where we ate some of the best crab legs I’ve ever had. Great local dive. The hotel could use some updates but we’re not super picky and it served us well for what we needed.
