Everything including staff, room cleanliness and accommodations were superb! Only slight negative was the breakfast hour stop at 9:00 am. Maybe even 30 more minutes during the week day! We will definitely check the rates here first on our next visit as a Hilton Honor member.

There were no directions given from the front desk as to how to get to our room - not a biggie. The room itself was dated and smelled like body odor. The bathroom floor grout was black and probably hadn’t been cleaned since the 1900’s. The handles on the shower door were rusted and broken….but the bed …..the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!

Nice room, but could hear guy who needs Cpap

The room was nice and a great size, but I could hear someone snoring Nextdoor and the person upstairs was walking like they had clogs on. I felt like I was sleeping with someone snoring, but I was alone with my dog. The walls in hotels should have noise insulation. I haven’t stayed at a hotel in so long though, maybe I’m spoiled. Or maybe the person wearing the clogs should be quieter. Ppl were in the hall too sometimes with speaker phone on. Rude. As if

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. When I went to check in I was told to insert my credit card. I was under the impression that this was for incidentals but then I was asked to present the card a second time. I asked the reason as to why I had to do it again and was told that it was for incidentals. When I asked then why did I do it the first time the front desk representative told me that it was to pay for the room. I explained to her that I had already paid for the room when I booked through Expedia and when she got the manager he told me that they see it and that the charges would drop off. Well it’s about to be 3 months since this incident and they still have my money. Every time I call the manager is busy but will call me back and never does. On top of this, in the 3 nights that we stayed there room service was not done even after we requested it.
