"We were scheduled to stay for two nites beginning 9/9/2026. However, upon entering the lobby, we were met with a very strong odor of mold/mildew, which continued down the hallways and into our rooms (2). After immediate chest congestion set in, we decided to find different lodging for our second nite. Secondly, there was a strong smell of sewer gas in the hallway. "Quiet and comfortable beds. Bathtub and faucet worked but not maintained -- tub very slow to drain and filter popped off repeatedly. Sink faucet moved around. Staff had to be called on phone, but quickly showed up and checked us in quickly."

"I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!"
