"Hotel was okay. They did not voluntarily clean your rooms everyday. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The hotel is walking distance to many places which is good. I guess you pay for what you were getting. The water was initially not getting hot but I told them about it and it improved. "

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"Yes the internet was fast and the room was clean , the shower rims where in need of bleach ? check in and check out staff great , didn’t use the bar , breakfast a bit chaotic and kept running out of certain foods and plates "

"We stayed 1 night and did not use any of the facilities or eat there. The room we stayed in was great. A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again. "Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "

"First time I have experienced a 4 pm check in. At the same time check out is at 10 am. Both times are very inconvenient, especially the 4 pm check in. The place was clean. If you need your room cleaned you would have to request it, which was not an issue. Good access to transit as buses stop just in front of hotel. Front desk staff was helpful. The area is safe, as I was out walking past midnight and never felt worried."
