"I usually never have a problem coming here but recently I had a terrible experience. The covers smelled unpleasant and like piss and I asked house keeping to change it. No one wanted to change it for over an hour. I had to pull all of the covers and sheets off the bed because I didn’t think anyone was going to changing it and I constantly kept asking for help."
