Quiet, secluded hotel above Elounda with fantastic sunrise view from the infinity pool. Very relaxing and the staff were fantastic, buffet breakfast set you up for the day. We wanted to experience traditional Greece and we got it in spades.

We loved everything about this property. The room, food and staff were all wonderful. We had a room with a private pool and we really enjoyed that. The breakfast buffet was huge with many options.

Slice of heaven!
Incredible stay at the Elounda Palm. Myself and my partner enjoyed our stay so much. The staff were so helpful and always had a smile on their faces. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The pool and pool area is incredible well maintained and is a beautiful setting to relax. The poolside bar and food is of a very high level. It is a short 15 minute stroll down to all the bars and food places right on the water in Elounda and taxis are easy to get back at around 8 euros if you dont want to walk back. Don’t hesitate to book staying at the Elounda Palm.

Excellent hotel… professional service was fabulous always with a smile and super helpful both in restaurant and bar. Spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning in our rooms. Great menu choice with dietary information visible and catered for if requested (I am GF). Quiet location around 3/4 mile walk into town and a little further to nearest beach. We hired a car for the duration which allowed us more freedom to explore. Staff couldn’t do enough. Pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers available. Gym was good and spa treatments available too reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

Le paradis! Un personnel aux petits soins!
Un séjour inoubliable. Tout était parfait: l'hôtel avec diverses ambiances, la chambre avec le petit jardin privatif, la restauration du midi avec une cheffe incroyable, le soir avec le buffet et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Les levers de soleils sont très agréables à voir. Mais surtout, le personnel est très attentionné de manière générale et avec les enfants. Une mention spéciale pour Nikos!!! Le Spa est aussi très appréciable!!! Je conseille vivement cet hôtel et nous y retournerons!! Efxaristo poli! Tha ta poumé

We liked the upgrade with a very nice partial infinity pool with views on the gulf... The air conditioning unit was too far and not powerful enough to keep the room cool in the afternoon and night ( we sleep usually comfortably at 80 degrees but , I think the room temp was over 90 degrees in the evenings which made difficult at times to go to sleep ...

pleasant stay and lovely view from private pool
We were a group of 6, with 4 staying in the apartment with private pool and 2 staying in the bungalow room. The view from the private pool and deck was amazing and the outside table and lounge chairs were great for our group of six. The bathroom showers need some renovating because water leaks onto the bathroom floor (very unsafe for senior citizens in our group). The view from the bungalow room was not great and the bathroom was small. The breakfast buffet food was very good but the coffee that is made from the coffee machine left a lot to be desired. I would recommend removing that machine altogether and brewing coffee in a pot instead! The hotel staff at reception were very accommodating and arranged a rental car for us in 15 minutes. We wished the staff brought our luggage more quickly to the rooms when we arrived (we had three senior citizens in our group that were exhausted after traveling 24+ hours from Brazil to Crete). The complimentary bottles of wine were a very nice touch when we arrived! Overall very pleasant stay and I would recommend Elounda Palm to others.

Séjour très agréable
Notre séjour dans cet hotel a été très agréable, nos chambres superbes avec piscine privée, elles aient été orientées à l'est le soleil n'était pas présent très longtemps, mais ce fut très paisible et la vue magnifique sur la mer . Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et compétent . Belle surface pour l'espace restauration, piscine et bar, les repas sont servis en buffet ou à la carte . La carte était largement suffisante pour nous et les plats très corrects . Un bémol mais qui est important, le panneau de l'hôtel sur la route est beaucoup trop petit que l'on vienne d'Elounda il n'y a pas de nom sauf un petit panneau avec un lit et d'Agios Nikolaos le panneau avec le nom de l'hôtel est minuscule, la nuit c'est pire, malgré un petit spot, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal pour le trouver le premier jour, de plus l'arrivée à l'hôtel est terriblement dangereux car c'est une descente très étroite juste pour une voiture et très pentue avec aucune protection sur la droite en descendant, c'est très dangereux surtout la nuit. Ce qui est terrible également, comme la pente est très forte en sortant vers la route il est très difficile d'accéder à la route sans pousser le moteur à fond en première . Ce serait bien de repenser cette arrivée . Mais c'est une adresse à retenir .

Bel hôtel avec décoration raffinée et jolie vue sur la baie, au calme en retrait de la route. Avons été surclassés dans bungalow avec piscine semi privative à débordement, superbe. Bons Buffets avec beaucoup de choix et spécialités locales. Par contre chambre initiale très petite et frigo en panne. Au bout de 3 jours chambre proposée plus grande mais très bruyante (système de refroidissement des frigos des cuisines) et de nouveau frigo inopérant. Les photos du site ne représentent que les chambres supérieures donc affichage trompeur et grosse déception à l’arrivée (douche plutôt low-cost). Aucun présent de bienvenue à l’arrivée ne serait ce une bouteille d’eau ou un fruit. Le prix n’est donc pas justifié ... et attention aux cocktails à 12€ qui sont composés à 95% de glace pilée !!. Les prix affichés dans le document des chambres ne sont pas du tout ceux que vous trouvez au bar! Cela fait beaucoup de choses désagréables pour un établissement qui se présente comme supérieur.

This is a wonderful hotel above Elounda offering just the perfect amount of luxury--and comfort. Our family loved having two rooms connected by a private pool--and luxuriated in the comforts of our rooms and patios, along with the splendor of beautiful, panoramic views. We spent our mornings enjoying breakfast and reading by the pool, lunches in town, and afternoons at nearby beaches. We highly recommend this hotel and the area for a family vacation.

Anngenaam hotel in rustige sfeer
Mooi kleinschalig hotel en aangename, rustige sfeer. Mist wel wat extra uitleg ivm het hotel bij aankomst. Vrij dure omgeving in vergelijking met de rest van Kreta. Proper hotel maar soms vergeet de onderhoudsdienst wel eens langs te komen om te poetsen en bedden op te maken. Hotel aan de duurdere kant voor hetgeen het is.

Erg mooi hotel, nette en gerenoveerde kamers. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het hotel is mooi gelegen en heeft een goed onderhouden tuin. Een auto is aan te raden gezien de afstand tot het dorpje en Agios Nikolaos.

Lovely room in great surroundings
We booked a junior suite complete with a fabulous shared infinity pool. The room was very comfortable with great views. The grounds were very well maintained and staff were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. We booked B&B as we wanted to try some lodal restaurants (Elounda has a great selection). Breakfast was a good selection of cereal, fruit, yogurts, bread, cheese etc. There was some cooked breakfast available but we avoided it as it was never hot enough. The hotel is a pleasant 20-30 minute walk down to the main town and you can also take the bus or a taxi to Plaka and Agios Nikolas.
