"We enjoyed a two-night stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view out towards the sea. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't get around to sampling the evening menu, but the breakfasts were beautiful. "

"Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer."

"It's Dale's home and he treats everyone with kindness and great hospitality. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Great Yarmouth. Positives: Dale's down to earth approach Clean rooms Nice fellow residents! Maybe we were lucky ha. Fridge in room! Great location Fast wifi Lots of free parking Nice breakfast Not so positive: Some of the bedding and towels may be due for a renewal but plenty were provided."
