Staff are very friendly, the room was clean and perfect place to set up base in Great Yarmouth. Had a deluxe room with king size bed which was extremely comfortable, bath had jets in it so was lovely to come back and relax in that, (bathroom was huge, could do with a freshen up and leaky pipe behind toilet that had a towel over it need sorting) Overall had a lovely stay here and would stay again

Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.

The property was adequate for the needs of my trip. I booked a family room, and it appears that all family rooms are on the 3rd floor, but there was no lift which is very awkward for people with small children, lots of luggage and the elderly.

Was very disappointed about this hotel, the pictures was nothing like the hotel itself Needs updating, the rooms was really basic the tv in the room was no bigger than a computer monitor and the shower was terrible I will not be booking here again
