"They didn’t clean our room properly (no hand towels) and when we called downstairs to ask for some they told us someone would be coming right up but no one ever came. The food menu in our room was the one from last fall, so it was useless. The food choices are very limited and of course quite expensive ($22 for Caesar salad). However the pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it and the fire pit and all the outside seating. The exercise room was a little sparse but good enough for one person....

"Simply terrible. Check in: took 2 hrs to check in, only to be told that room isn’t ready and to come back later. No apology nothing. It’s obviously so common, staff don’t even bat an eye. Waterpark: needs completely refurbished. Disgusting. Dirt everywhere, and zero effort being made to clean. From dirty tissues in the pools, to just literally pieces of dirt and grime everywhere. Room: never cleaned, didn’t even have toilet paper and towels when I finally checked in. Everyone was leaving...

"This place had charm despite not looking like it’s been updated since the 80s. Nice views of the mountain and appreciate there is a restaurant and bar on site."

"We liked everything! The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the rooms and everything was extremely clean. We missed sit down coffee in the morning so we made it in the room which had the amenities to do so. All was very very nice. No negatives!!!"

"Where to begin … the list is long. Stan and Julia were the most gracious hosts and their staff of sisters were amazing. Each breakfast was a 4 course pleasure enjoyed on the patio overlooking the garden, a virtual oasis. We hiked daily in various parks and the Gap, so the jacuzzi tub each evening was perfect.
