"Wish they had a hot tub. Place is seriously lacking on the hot tubs. Hot tub shortage at this place. I have made a list on my top 30 recommendations for the resort. 1. I wish there was a hot tub here 2. Would be perfect if they had a hot tub 3. They really should’ve added a hot tub 4. A hot tub would make this place elite 5. Missing one thing—a hot tub 6. This spot needs a hot tub ASAP 7. Imagine this place with a hot tub 8. A hot tub would take this to the next level 9. Only thing it’s lacking is a hot tub 10. "The condo was just as described—phenomenal view, nicely appointed, clean and having the beach equipment was a huge plus! Sapphire Beach is a great area—beautiful beach & fun restaurants very close by. Sudi’s restaurant is on site & food everywhere was excellent."

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"We were given a very nice condo with a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant and beach bar being close was also very night. Overall it was well worth the money we paid. "

"During the first full day of our four-night stay, the unit lost power around noon while the island was experiencing outages. We notified the property contact at approximately 1:00 p.m. and were told power would return within 30–60 minutes. By 6:00 p.m., power had not been restored, and we were informed the water would be turned off in an effort to restore power. At approximately 7:30 p.m., we reported that our unit still had no power or water. We were then informed the water supply was connected to a neighbor’s generator, which was no longer available. Without running water, we had to use pool water to flush the toilet. After I sent a picture of the unit below us with power and us without, the property owner indicated the generator was not functioning and that someone would be sent to repair it. Our rental agreement stated the unit had a generator and continuous water access. Power returned around midnight. The next morning, we secured alternate accommodations and left. The property owner issued a partial refund and advised us to contact Hotels.com regarding any additional reimbursement. We feel we were not made whole. "

"Owner of condo was in touch from the minute we rented and offered excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do. While we were there, it was easy to contact with the owner. Her response was immediate. Condo is a studio located with a beautiful view of the marina and st John. The pool is located a short walk from unit. Sufi's restaurant is also only a short walk and offers good food and drinks. Sapphire Beach is close by, too and a beautiful spot to hang out. The marina provides numerous opportunities for tours, boat rentals... we had a fantastic time and highly recommend "
