"Nice place to stay although found it difficult to locate using sat nav we had room 8 which is a lovely room located at the rear side of main building so if its raining you will get wet going to breakfast otherwise nice room although did smell a little musty"

"Lovely accommodation right in the heart of Kendal. Everything well thought out, and clean and cosy. May not want to visit with young children as some of the pictures on the wall were more adult orientated with no option to remove them for duration of stay."
