Yes, we just opened Days Inn in Grayson Ky. The building was shut down for years while we gutted the building and put it back together with the new Dawn rooms that Wyndham required all the Days Inn hotels to do before 2026. We have been open a little over a year now and we have already won rewards etc. which is rare first year of opening. Thank you so much for noticing all of our hard work. We are glad to see the guest are liking it as well

Thank you for letting me know about the hand soap I will look into getting some for the hotel. I did get shower gel, but I will look for liquid soap for the rooms. We have been ordering black out shades for that side of the building. I will place another order and make sure to put one in the room you were in. Thank you for letting me know that is a room that does need a blackout shade.

I am so sorry, I will be looking into this and thank you for bringing it to my attention.There are a drawer full of butter and cream cheese in the Fridge. I am so sorry the desk clerk must have not gotten it out. If you are back in the area and stay with us if you don’t see what you need at any point and time during your stay please bring it to front desk attention so they can get you what you need. I will bring this to All front desk staff and remind them they have to put ALL food options out for our guest. Hope you stop back in when your in the area again

I'm sorry but this happened at Days Inn in Grayson Ky? We don't see you reservation or ever in house at Days Inn which is a brand new hotel from the linens, Desk and chairs. Mattresses etc. All NEW. We don't have anyone hanging out at the hotel so I'm not understanding your comment. The Staff are well dressed and Kept. Days Inn in Grayson Ky has never had bed bugs, thankfully. I don't think we are talking about the same hotel I would like to talk to you. Can you call the hotels phone number and ask for me Angela tell them I asked you to call please

Not sure why you would give us 1 and not tell us why. This hotel is brand new from the sheets, Mattress, coffee pots etc. please let us know why you was not happy with the hotel so we can fix any issues you may have

We are Wyndham green like I told you over the phone. Which means housekeeping comes in every 3 days unless requested by guest, Yes you came to desk and throwed a fit because I let housekeeping stay home for thanksgiving and when you brought the linens up to switch out there was a lot of the linens that was ruined. When housekeeping came in the day after thanksgiving you was every rude to housekeepers and the front desk staff. I was called every day by several employees about the way you were treating them. I am sorry you didn't your stay, But the housekeepers have worked hard this year we even won award from Wyndham and let them stay home on Thanksgiving Day.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, The breakfast is a grab and go, we have sausage biscuits, Pancakes, waffles, Danishes etc. We have moved the lights several different to get the light out of that room. I am sorry we were not able to remove all of the light from the streetlights. Thank you for bringing the coffee to my attention I will be looking into it.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We have gutted the everything in the building and redone everything. Everything from the phones, pillowcases, sheets, chairs, lamps etc. Everything is all new. the only thing we keep was the large heavy wood doors. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The review mean so much to us and the hotel sometimes the kind words are better than any tip. Housekeepers leave a note on the Entertaiment stand and some guest will write back and they say that's better than a tip.
