Very basic hotel. Pros - it had the right amount of beds, shower with hot water, mini fridge, AC, balcony, pool and small breakfast included. Cons - no elevator, very small bathroom, low water pressure in the shower, linens were stained and dingy, no safe, no hair dryer, no clothes iron, the pool is open 24 hours so, it gets very noisy even at night with music until 9 pm. Things hotel could do to improve is - better cleaning, install safe, hair dryer, new linens, more options at breakfast, turn music off at 8pm and close the pool at 10 pm so guests can sleep.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa, o hotel é bom. Contudo, não funcionou a televisão e a ducha só saiu água quente por 5 minutos, logo ficou fria. O restaurante tinha muito poucas opções do cardápio disponíveis, sem mencionar o fato que o restaurante fecha às 19h, exceção aos sábados que fecha às 21h.

O check in atrasou, mas me deram a opção do check out mais tarde. O quarto era bom, só um pouco apertado para 4 pessoas. A cama de casal era excelente! Muito espaçosa e com lençóis e toalhas limpos. O ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. A área de piscina boa e os funcionários educados e prestativos. Gostei bastante e recomendo!

Pedi arrumação do quarto e quando retornei a noite não foi arrumado nem trocado toalhas. Ar condicionado com as paletas quebradas fazendo soprar vento direto na cama, tive que afastar a cama para dormir, em baixo da cama estava imundo e até preservativo usado tinha.
