"Loved the adult pool area."

"OMG! The views! This is a sleepy little roadside place on Grassy Key but only a few minutes from all the fun in Marathon. These are older facilities but they are wonderfully maintained. The staff felt like family and couldn't have been more helpful. The "comp breakfast" was actually a full cooked to order "What would you like this morning" situation. We didn't use the pool or eat at the Hidaway Inn, which is the white tablecloth restaurant on site, but we wish we could have! You want room 10."

Pool was great, loved gradual shallow 8" to 5'. Tiki-style umbrellas at pool/water areas, provide shade. Chairs comfortable, beach towels accessible, large, clean & striped blue. "Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

"Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer...

"Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself."

"We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access.
