"The breakfast used to be excellent. Now they don't serve bacon, sausage or boiled eggs. Very disappointed. The large suites and location are good though. "

"Our shampoo, conditioner and body wash where completely empty upon arrival. There was soap scum still in the soap dish and the mirror had toothpaste on it and there was some hair in the corner of the bathroom. There was a random hanger hanging from the curtain rod in the main area of the room. It looked like the room had a quick once over. However we informed housekeeping that we had no supplies in our bathroom and she promptly came in a gave the bathroom a good clean. "

"There was an incident where one of the cleaning staff knock on my door, upon answering she asked if i needed anything, i told her if she could come back in an hour's time which she responded no cos the cleaning staff closes in an hour's time. I told her i only needed my garbage emptied, she told me she was coming, i waited for almost an hour and decided to check whether she was out there. I unfortunately left my tap/key inside and locked myself out oy the room. She shouldn't have knocked if she wasn't ready. It created a huge inconvenience for me as i had to go downstairs to the reception half naked for a new key. Other than that this hotel deserves 5 🌟. "

"Great Hotel!. Awesome location. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We all slept well.. Next visit, I will be definitely stay here again. Easy parking on site as well. Staff were all VERY friendly and helpful."
