"The hotel desperately needs a refresh. The carpet & furniture was stained and dirty. Do not recommend."

"Basic amenities as coffee bar were missing from common area. all other things are good."

"Great price, easy to check in/out, and clean. Will definitely stay here again."

"amazing place to stay!"

"Can’t beat the location for doing the activities at winter park. The gondola ride to the village is awesome. The views from our room were also amazing. Really loved our stay - staff were great. We had a studio room with a loft which was spacious and comfortable. Pull out sofa had a memory foam mattress so much better than the average pull out. The only thing I would say is it’s definitely a dated product. Carpets could definitely do for a refresh. Saw some major rusting in our room. Definitely...

"This is definitely a motel. The cleanliness was… fine. Everything I guess was fine. The room we stayed in had a huge stain in the carpet, which was unfortunate. The staff was helpful but definitely was just fine."

"Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan."

"Beautiful setting, fantastic breakfast (and dinner), and wonderfully accommodating hosts. John went above and beyond to help us find a trailhead. Highly recommend!"

"Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

"The place was very clean & maintained! Simple room w decent rooms, convenient access to stores restaurants and good prices! Enjoyed my stay. 😊"

"Definitely not worth the price that is charged for the room. Room is extremely small, no AC ,TV not working, no coffee in the room and neither do you get a complementary breackfast. All other places we have stayed in the mountains is less than half the price and includes all off the above with a room and bathroom double that size. The pictures used for the advertising is really deceiving off what you are getting for your money paid."

"Great access to downtown Grand Lake"

"This hotel is minutes from one entrance to the Rocky Mountain State Park. We accidentally exited the other side and were over a hour away but we just went right back in. 😂 It’s within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It felt like we were staying in the clouds when we were there. It’s not fancy but a nice place."

"Room was clean, easy check in and parking."

"Clean room, nice location."

"Nice little cabin only stayed 1 night passing thru."
