Our bathroom toilet paper holder wouldnt stay on the wall. Hair on the floor in bathroom. The floor between the beds was wet!! Hotel looked nothing like the clean pictures posted on the internet.

Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
The public areas were clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub area were clean, but not did not overwhelm with chlorine smell, as so many hotel pool areas often do. The room was clean and staff were very friendly.
