Great place to stay in south east Grand Rapids. Near the airport. I’m 28th St. so it is close to restaurants, Target, airport, breweries. Great value for the dollar.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with a smile & true professionalism. Check-in was smooth & easy! Lots of parking within the parking lot. Our room was exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable & the shower was absolutely amazing. We didn’t use the pool, but did go check it out & it looked amazing! If only our stay was longer, we would have gone swimming!

The staff was very friendly, but after checking into our room it was very warm. We turned down the thermostat and left for a few hours, after coming back it was still hot in the room. They switched our room with no issue, but we booked a king size room and were switched to a queen size room. We were also told they weren’t sure if that AC would work either! (Luckily it did). They admitted they knew multiple rooms had broken ACs. Seems like they should either fix those or not book them. Breakfast was okay, but not much seating for a busy crowd. Beds are not the most comfortable but not bad for a night. Overall the hotel is very clean with friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, which made for a pleasant stay overall. The only downside was the noise level. Sound carried easily from the hallways, making it hard to relax at times. It almost felt like there was little sound insulation between spaces. I’m not sure if the vinyl flooring instead of carpet contributed, but you could hear nearly everything.
