Very nice place. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very nice. The 24hour shuttle is why I chose to stay. After my stay shuttle needed or not this is where I will stay. Solo traveling felt very safe.

An absolutely solid hotel. Despite the more than expected number of guests at the event I was attending the staff handled us well and were a great help where needed. And our rooms were cleaned quickly and had no noticeable problems.

Staff was Good, only thing the table in the restaurant was dirty, and the grits and salmon cakes meal was not good, grits was reheated in microwave you could tell because of the film on they. Everything else was Great, the salmon salad was excellent, Wings and flare bread excellent. Shuttle bus drivers was Great and Hotel staff was Great. Only other problem was that when we got to our room there was a dirty mattress cover or something on the floor outside our door.

Stayed in a double room on the fourth floor. Room was clean and well kept. The only real issue was the size of the bathroom, it was a bit small but still functional. The staff were friendly and attendant. 10/10 I would recommend staying here to anyone. I would like to see a shuttle to the downtown area as parking in Grand Rapids was challenging.
