This hotel was absolutely a 5 star experience. Super clean and spacious rooms and a very nice free breakfast. The staff were very helpful and efficient, not to mention very friendly. My husband and I ate dinner at the attached Italian restaurant and that was perfect as well. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to my friends.

All facilities were quite excellent cleanliness was high standard staff was extremely friendly and helpful they only problem we ran across was the Wi-Fi was a poor quality it kept cutting out in the rooms due to a not being very strong.

Room was clean & spacious but if you are sensitive to noise I would NOT stay here it’s right next to a busy road where loud trucks drove by the entire night, bring ear plusher choose a different hotel if that’s the case because I got almost no sleep. Breakfast was a very typical hotel breakfast if you’re a vegetarian or want healthy it’s not really the vibe. Pet fee was only $15. Italian restaurants inside the hotel was really good everyone in my party (4 of us) liked their food and wait staff was attentive and friendly. Hot tub was out of order which was a big bummer because it was a big part of the reason we chose this hotel.

Generally a great place to stay the hot tub was down and wasnt disclosed upon booking pool seemed colder than i remember in prior visits most of the staff was friend coffee was empty by front desk on multiple occasions other than that petty stuff we will stay again we always come back several times a year!

The front desk clerk that checked us in was no friendly at all. I tried to make conversation with her and it was like talking to a brick wall. Its like she didnt know how to smile at all. Didnt tell us how to get to our room. I asked her how long shes been there and im so surprised shes been there as long as shes been. I feel customer service is not for her. She needs to smile more amd engage more when the customer talks to u. Not ignore them.
