"The room was disgusting, there were stains all over floor, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were dotted with blood stain dots or something I don’t even know, it’s NOT safe area at all!!!! I took my dog to use the bathroom and some crackhead whipped out his junk and started peeing in front of me! I told the lady at the desk she said downtown isnt safe and the city is working on a solution. I could’ve paid $30 more to stay in a safe area with an actual CLEAN hotel."

"This boutique hotel in downtown SLC is definitely unique. It's geared towards outdoor enthusiasts and skateboarders, neither of which I am. But I enjoyed the vibe - I referred to it as industrial chic. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfy. I appreciated the Pink Bar as well, where they serve coffee, smoothies and a few breakfast options. There are several common areas to lounge or work. Good experience."

"The hotel is pretty basic but the staff made it feel like a 5 star experience. They upgraded our room which was good sized, clean, quiet and the shower was very good. For a one night stay after turning in a rental car (across the street) and leaving for the airport the next morning, it was perfect."

"Great stay but two minor issues just due to the fact that I think this is a new build/newly renovated building, the rest of the stay was fabulous, clean and aesthetically pleasing: Outlets on one half of the unit did not work so no TV or device charging from the dining table area which was sort of weird. I had a unit that was super close to the door that you have to code into to get to the placemakr units from the hallway, and that hallway door is comically loud and slams pretty bad. Even listening to people punch in the code was super loud as the beeps on the keypads are louder than they probably need to be. I could see that being a huge issue for a light sleeper, because it shakes the room when the door closes. Otherwise the stay was great and i'd recommend, sounds like they just have some tiny kinks to workout as a newer build."
