"This hotel was centrally located to most activities. The staff treated us like family and answered all of our questions, helped with transportation to and from airport, rooms were super clean, restaurant in hotel was excellent, also had a night time restaurant on the roof terrace with a great view of the Alhambra and/or the cathedral depending on which side you sat in. The rooms were great for 2 people and the cleaning service respected the do not disturb sign when placed on door. Small closet,...

"清潔な客室、親切で礼儀正しいスタッフ、歴史的建造物に快適に泊まる喜びに満ちていました。アルハンブラ宮殿の敷地内にあり、有料区域の予約は必要ですが、全ての見どころに至近距離です。無料区域は自由に散歩できます。街からは離れていますが、パラドールにはカフェとレストランがあり、どちらも素晴らしい。 特にカフェは私たちのお気に入りで、朝食に、ランチに、バーにと２日間で４度も利用させていただきました。室内席もいいですが外のテラス席からはジェネラリフェが望めます。 一般の方もカフェとレストランは利用できますが、出来れば宿泊をお勧めします。"

The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all.
