" There is nothing to lift one’s spirits than waking up with the view of ocean and natural sounds of birds sharing the island. The staff are warm and helpful and the rooms are cleaned each day. And after a scorching hot day there is a pool and a bar to wash away the stress of the day. Love it there."

"The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. "The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. "Their property is conveniently located near the airport in a quiet, clean neighbourhood. I did tell them the approximate time of my arrival flight, and I was picked up within a few minutes after I called them. A very friendly personality, as in, in just a few minutes, it felt like I had known her for a while! They also offer a courtesy trip to the nearby mall, etc. "

"Very hospitable."

"I love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. I will be back and with friends!"

"I only stay overnight for transit travel. Convenient proximity to airport. Quick and easy check in. Friendly and hospitable receptionist. Clean (especially bathroom) and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend for transit travelers. "
