Quarto limpo e espaçoso, porém as cortinas não vedam bem a passagem da luz, o que se você acorda cedo não será um problema. A piscina é gelada, não há como utilizar ela fora do verão, temperatura média de 29C, sem a possibilidade de aumentar. O SPA estava fechado e para uso da sauna necessita reserva, o que é bom pois o local fica exclusivo para você mas ao mesmo tempo tira sua flexibilidade de horário, sauna úmida estava com problemas de manutenção e não funcionava. O café da manhã em estilo menu degustação, serve produtos de qualidade e frescos, mas também te limita em termos de opções, é o que tem no cardápio e há somente um curso para “degustar”. O atendimento é excelente e os funcionários muito educados e ágeis, o espaço externo é bem cuidado, limpo e te proporciona possibilidades de sentar e relaxar. Faltam mais opções para infraestrutura, ter somente a piscina e sauna com reserva limita você a ficar entre o quarto e jardim. Pelo custo da diária, na minha opinião há melhores opções. Se você prefere privacidade, frente opções de lazer, pode ser uma ótima opção pois o hotel possui poucos apartamentos e uma estrutura ampla.

Uma experiência incrivel.Tudo perfeito. Wine experience no mirante, com jantar no restaurante quero fazer mais mil vezes. Suites mountain pine, simplesmente excelente. O Staff, concierge Gabrielle e o garçon do restaurante que , infelizmente esqueci o nome mas morava em SC antes de Gramado, fizeram meu aniversário ficar ainda mais especial! Única decepção: Academia... péssima se comparada as demais estruturas. Mal equipada e numa sala enclausurada.

Saímos com a sensação de que não vale o que cobram. Alguns comentários: => A toalha do banheiro é velha e rasgada; => Banheira do banheiro não recolhe toda a água por causa de uma manutenção mal feita no ralo; => Café da manhã bem fraco com pouca variedade e demorava muito cada etapa do “menu degustação”. Esperei 15min por um omelete comum. Pedi uma panqueca com doce de leite….esperei 15min e chegou outra coisa: um bolo com doce de leite…….

Razoável considerando toda a expectativa que existia antes da estadia. Nós hospedamos em Gramado no hotel Valle Dincanto após fomos para o hotel colin de France e deixamos por último e chave de ouro o hotel san andrews, a experiência não foi igual ou melhor que os hotéis citados anteriormente, não fomos apresentados ao hotel, chegamos e fomos para a piscina, pedi uma taça de champanhe no qual levou 50 minutos para deter entre, mandei msg q tínhamos saído da piscina e fomos no lago em frente ao hotel aguardar a taça de boas vindas que nao recebemos, então mandei msg no whats se eu poderia pedir de fora do hote para entregarem uma garrafa de champanhe para brindarmos nosso mais um ano de namoro, e no whats diziam que estavam levando, mas nunca chegava, após 50 minutos chegaram com uma garrafa. Estávamos com grande expectativa que no san andrews seria perfeito em tudo, creio que o atendimento conta muito, por isso retornamos nos hotéis anteriores, eles sempre nos oferecendo algo para nos deixarem a vontade, mimos no quarto na chegada e saída. O café no mirante foi uma experiência incrível, espero vontar em breve e ter uma nova experiência. Obrigado.

O staff do hotel é PERFEITO e eles realmente fazem a diferença. Todos, sem exceção. Já as instalações precisam melhorar um pouco. Para o nivel deste hotel, acho que os quartos e banheiros são minusculos (fiquei no quarto silver). O piso do quarto tem uma sensação tática estranha, parece que está sempre úmido. A comida é bem apresentada e caprichada, utilizando ótimos ingredientes, mas falta algo. Talvez o pão de queijo tenha que ter o cuidado de chegar bem quentinho na mesa, os bolinho do café da manhã são lindos, diferentes todos os dias, mas parecem velhos, pois são ressecados. São pequenas coisas que não comprometem a estada, pois realmente, falo novamente, o pessoal faz tudo ficar PERFEITO. Eles realmente se um importam com o hóspede

Uma das melhores opções de hospedagem em Gramado

O Hotél é maravilhoso, fica dentro de um condomíno, muito bem localizado, um belo jardim e arquitetura clássica. Possui experiências de vinho e gourmet muito boas. O Staff é sensacional !!! Reservamos um apto luxo e não sabia que era no prédio anexo, porém pegamos uma semana de muita chuva e o café da manhã fica no prédio principal, fiz um upgrade para o superluxo e resolveu o problema

Recepção deixou a desejar

A estadia foi ótima e o Hotel é fantástico, porém, o atendimento das recepcionistas da tarde, deixou a desejar.. não fomos recebidos com nenhum drink ou qualquer mimo que hotéis desta categoria oferecem, não teve nada na recepção, muito menos simpatia...Além disso, as havaianas são apenas duas numerações, (uma tamanho 42/43 e outra 36/37), não existiu a possibilidade de realizar troca ou a preocupação em perguntar ao hóspede anteriormente a numeração...
