Pousada com um lindo jardim, afastada um pouco do centro de Gramado, com ótimo café da manhã e atendimento simpático. Tive um pouco de azar, com um feriado prolongado em que tudo estava lotado na cidade... fiquei no que que - provavelmente - é o pior apartamento da pousada (número 5), muito próximo do barulho da rua. Quando cheguei o banheiro estava sujo (após reclamar foi prontamente limpo). Cama meio desmilinguida e desconfortável. Calefação (aquecimento) do quarto muito agradável. Quem sabe terei melhor sorte em outra estadia.

Pousada incrível, funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Quartos pequenos, decorados em estilo rústico e confortável. Jardim bem colorido, excelente para fotografias. Na manhã em que nosso passeio era antes do horário do café, a pousada antecipou o acesso para que pudéssemos usufruir. Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço aconchegante. Volto com certeza

Um lugar encantador, com um jardim que te tranquiliza, te abraça. Tomar um café da manhã ou da tarde nesse lugar, é quase como estar em uma realidade paralela. Os chalés são mini-casas, onde além de toda a privacidade parece que você esta integrado a natureza. Atendimento excepcional da recepção até a dona que estava presente e nos deu uma dica de restaurante que foi o melhor lugar de comida típica alemã que conheci na vida.

Existem milhares de opções em gramado, esta é uma opção mediana, o custo beneficio não deve passar do extremo de R$ 600,00 reais já fiquei em outros lugares na cidade e nesta ultima vez fui conhecer o local, acabei pagando R$ 1200,00 por queria algo bem exclusivo no entanto me decepcionei o local é um chalé velho sem muita estrutura com um café da manhã nivel 2 para pessimo, o quarto é limpo e confortavel mais nada que justifique um valor exagerado em um local como este, existem dezenas de opções melhores na cidade.

Great location, friendly staff, good parking, good heating system in the room, I booked the last room available , nr 12, it was a bit old but still comfortable. The single bed we asked for my daughter, the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall a good option for three nights. Location was very good.

Atendimento impecável, feito pelos proprietários da pousada, muito atenciosos e solícitos. O lugar é maravilhoso, com uma ampla área ajardinada, ótima para relaxar e fazer piqueniques. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Ótima localização, com o diferencial do fornecimento de bicicletas gratuitamente para passeios pelas ciclovias próximas. Um lugar bem autêntico, que também me faz lembrar a Gramado da minha infância; beleza, conforto e alegria sem ostentação desnecessária.

A pousada Jardim Secreto conseguiu superar as nossas expectativas. As acomodações são muito confortáveis, tudo muito limpinho, pessoal atencioso e simpático, ótima localização em Gramado, estacionamento interno muito bom, decoração de muito bom gosto, ambiente aconchegante. Houve um pequeno acidente e uma prateleira do banheiro foi quebrada. Me ofereci pra efetuar o ressarcimento, mas não cobraram nada. Enfim, uma experiência maravilhosa. Irretocável.
