Boa estadia , porém quarto com mofo , limpeza ocorreu ,mas Lixinhos que deixamos encontramos de volta mesmo após arrumação , pouca informação no checkin ,não explicaram sobre Wi-Fi , não explicaram como falar com a recepção . Os colaboradores são muito solícitos e o café da manhã excelente. O ponto negativo foi que ficamos no apartamento 109, no qual estranhamente havia uma porta, que ficava trancada logicamente, que dava acesso para o ap.110. Dessa forma, todo ruído do ap vizinho era ouvido no 109. Foram noites mal dormidas e extremamente estressantes. Já nos hospedamos no Sky outras vezes e foi a primeira vez que vivenciamos essa situação.

Hotel antigo e bem conservado. Equipe de atendimento incrível. Quartos barulhentos, janelas não possuem isolamento. Chuveiro com temperatura ideal, mas ducha entupida estraga um pouco do prazer do banho.

Atendimento que faz a diferença

Gostei muito do hotel. Atendimento impecável, café da manhã excepcional, serviço em geral muito bom. Os equipamentos dentro do quarto funcionando perfeitamente. O estacionamento é na frente do hotel, mas como não há lugar para todos os carros, eles remanejam para outros lugares próximos. E o quarto eu achei q para três pessoas era pequeno, mas como só usei basicamente pra dormir não foi tão incômodo assim. É perto do centro, mas não tão perto quanto eu imaginava. Mas com certeza recomendaria e voltaria pq vale a pena.
