Great location, but...

Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing.

Cardápio de café da manhã muito bom, nada a reclamar. Localização excelente, o ponto forte do hotel. Existe realmente uma cobrança por dia para o Vallet. Ao chegar nos passaram a informação que nao existia a cobrança, porém no checkout a cobrança veio. Eles retiraram a cobranca após o aviso da outra informação.
