I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

Lindo o hotel, não gostamos muito que não tinha secador no quarto, a piscina tem que sair por fora ou ir ela garagem pegando frio também, pedimos roupão para minhas filhas e não entregaram e no bar da piscina não tinha ninguém atendendo.

Bom, mas pode melhorar

Hotel muito limpo e organizado, atendimento ótimo... porém para os hóspedes que ficam no bloco A do hotel, o acesso a piscina é horrível, ou passa pela recepção do hotel com roupas de banho e roupão, o que é muito desagradável ou então desce até o estacionamento passa no meio dos carros e sobe uma rampa de veiculos para ter acesso ao elevador que leva para o corredor da piscina, muito desconfortável e constrangedor, sem falar da friagem. Isso já não ocorre com os hóspedes do bloco B uma vez que basta descerem direto pelo elevador até o segundo subsolo e já saem na frente do corredor de acesso a piscina. Erro grotesco de arquitetura e planejamento construtivo...

Hospedagem perfeita em familia

Nos hospedamos no Hotel Bella Gramado e a experiência foi excelente do início ao fim! Os quartos são muito aconchegantes, confortáveis e bem cuidados — perfeitos para descansar depois de um dia de passeios pela cidade. O café da manhã é super bem servido, com variedade e um diferencial delicioso: omeletes, panquecas e tapiocas (salgadas e doces) feitas na hora, com muito capricho. A piscina aquecida é maravilhosa, com temperatura ideal para relaxar mesmo nos dias mais frios — meu filho adorou e aproveitou muito! O hotel ainda oferece brinquedoteca, academia e outros espaços bem pensados para toda a família. Também jantamos no restaurante do hotel e gostamos muito da comida — saborosa, bem servida e com ótimo atendimento, sem precisar sair do hotel nos dias mais frios. A equipe foi sempre cordial e prestativa, contribuindo para tornar nossos dias em Gramado ainda mais especiais. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

Estadia nota 10, porém, alguns pontos a considerar

Nós tivemos uma ótima hospedagem. Quase nada a reclamar. Apenas algumas observações que vale pontuar. O acesso do quarto para piscina aquecida pega uma parte sem aquecimento, ou seja, em dias frios sofrerá passando pelo trajeto até chegar a piscina (excelente piscina por sinal) ou da piscina pro quarto. O aquecimento / resfriamento do quarto me pareceu fake. Qualquer valor de temperatura que colocássemos não funcionava. No último dia fez muito frio dentro do quarto, mesmo com o set point em 24°C nos passamos um pouco de frio.
