OMG! This was the most wonderful place to stay. The staff made us feel like family. We love the Bar area and our balcony was so peaceful. We didn't want to leave.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Bayern Resort. The hotel is well maintained, clean and beautiful decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Patrizio the server at breakfast made everyone’s day providing superb service! The room was modern and clean. The only downsides were… 1) The SPA was closing early at 7.30pm which wasn’t described on Expedia or on the Hotels website. As we arrived close to 7pm, we only had 30min after check-in to enjoy it. Would have loved to enjoy it longer as it was a beautiful SPA. 2) The checkout is at 10am which is pretty early and makes you rush with your breakfast. An extension to 11am like other hotels would make it more enjoyable! Other than, there’s nothing to complain about this property! It’s a beautiful resort in a beautiful area and very well maintained by the owners! Definitely recommendable!

Sehr freundliche Familie, die das Resort betreibt, auch ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr modern und mit hochwertigen Materialien gestaltet, es gibt überall viele liebevolle Details. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls top.

3 days in heaven

The host are awesome, the hotel is spotless and the location is beyond beautiful. You awake to the sounds of bells ringing in the churches and on the grazing cattle. Breakfast was delicious and the view of the Alps indescribable! Americans read up on german spa etiquette before using the wonderful spa.

Das Hotel wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert und es ist wunderschön geworden. Man sieht, dass dies von Frauen geführt wird, die auch Freude am Detail haben. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und bekamen trotzdem ein neurenoviertes Zimmer. Es war zwar sehr klein, doch für eine Nacht absolut super. Unser Tierchen bekam sogar ein eigenes Körbchen mit Fressnapf und Gudis...sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr begeistert, durften wir doch an unserem ersten schönen Tag unseres Urlaubs draussen essen mit der Ruhe der Berge und wunderbarem Kuhgeläut. Wir würden wieder kommen.
