"Very nice place"

"It is an okay place to lay your head for the night roomed smelled mildewy bed was on cinder blocks mattress was old but it works for crashing and getting back on the road"

"I stay here often for work and I always enjoy my stay and find it very comfortable and pleasing."

"Clean room. Very home-like feeling. Staff was courteous. Hot breakfast on the weekend was an added plus!"

"Below average"

"Don’t stay here! Nothing works and it is not maintained. Coffee maker in the room brewed but brewed chunks. Powder creamer was rock hard bc it was old. Very loud road, bring ear plugs. Traffic and semis are heard all night. Room was attempted to be rehabbed but it was a horrible job. Room was so humid and we couldn’t figure out how to reduce the humidity, I’m sure there’s a build up of mold somewhere in the rooms. Stay somewhere else."

"Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good."

"In town, visiting for 4 days. First time to Dothan, AL. It seemed reasonably priced. Big bathroom. Room and bathroom look recently renovated. Renovation is still in progress on other rooms, with it comes the noises. Room opens to the exterior, with the exterior door seriously needing to be replaced; as it looks, sounds, and open/closes terribly. Our King bed was incredibly comfortable, but I hate the small pillows. Looks like a shady part of a business area; although we had zero security...

"It was nice!"

"They were very accommodating about me arriving a day late. They had no issue prorating the bill even after I offered to pay the missed night!"

"Excellent customer service "

"Breakfast excellent, room clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Pillows comfortable"

"had problems with bath facets and water pressure."

"Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful."

"The staff was amazing, super helpful and attentive when I pointed out an issue with the room I was in. Though the room itself wasn’t in the best shape (stains on the couch) they were super helpful and had it cleaned within 30 minutes. Brand new sheets and the works. Parking was a little confusing because of the parking lot location, but once we found it, it was super easy to find a spot. 5/5 stars from me."
