" Immaculately clean, in all parts of the hotel, spacious room, and friendly staff. Didn’t dine (dinner or breakfast) so unable to remark on good, but bar staff were very friendly. And such good value. I often stay in the area for business travel, staying at the ‘usual’ brands, which are often over priced, unclean with stand offish personnel. This stay was great - would highly recommend."

"Pleasantly surprised. Paul was very welcoming & friendly. He gave us advice on taxis and where to go (taxi less than £7 to first direct arena - dont get uber!). Hotel dated but really nice. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Room good, bed a bit too soft for me. The fan was a welcome addition as it got hot overnight and the quilt is very warm. "We had a great several day stay at the Crowne Plaza! Its location is close to great shopping, restaurants, and the train station. The hotel was lovely, staff was pleasant and helpful. Well stay there again on our next visit to Leeds!"

"Great location and handy parking across the road albeit a little expensive. Hotel was nice and clean, basic but had everything I needed. Room was clean and tidy including the bathroom with coffee and tea facilities. Staff were on hand and very pleasant and helpful. Good location for Headingley ground, just over 30min walk away "

"Really nice reception staff and made us feel welcome and was really nice to us as we stayed there because my daughter had an operation and needed to rest after and they made sure we had everything we needed and one of them even offered to fill her hot water bottle for her stomach. So thank u. The rooms are small but u dont need much when it's just for a rest spot for a few days. Thanks again to the staff and making sure my daughter had everything she needed. Much appreciated."
