Staff very accomodating and even gave us a small upgrade to our room. Did indicate the breakfast buffet was included which was the only real let down as they stated when we attended that it wasn’t, however that was still fantastic and worth the money. The hotel has a nice, large hotel with a big restaurant/bar area. The hotel is well located - I arrived and left Gothenburg by train, and the main train station is located right across the street from the hotel. The facilities are nice, though the bathroom showers need updating. I had a problem with very loud, arguing neighbors - but I have to say - when I brought my concern to the staff front desk - they took the problem, like right now. Overall, good location, good service - I had a pleasant stay.
