Hotel is lovely, smells nice, rooms are clean with great views! Comfortable bedding, lovely spa access. Overall clean hotel! The only reasons why I gave it 4 stars; there was no water in the rooms, plenty of mini bar opens though… the hot breakfast options was ok, cold mostly, not much to choose from and were exactly the same. The steak with the spa lunch was cold too. Otherwise, great hotel, nice 20-25 min walk into central with all the shops, cafes and restaurants.

Had an amazing stay and time at Jacy’z. I Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a break, didn’t even need to leave the hotel as it had everything. Taha at reception made the stay exceptional and honestly, I’m already looking to come back! Amazing service provided by Taha and Jacy’z would not be Jacy’z without him.

Everything was great, staff are very kind and attentive. Bar staff however wanted to charge me for water but I got it free from the restaurant. Breakfast didn’t have many warm options. The hotel itself is beautiful with many things to do. The rooms and lobby area are clean. Overall the stay was fantastic

We booked a Large room through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we were given a Medium room. We asked why, and were told that Large rooms are not dog-friendly. This isn't mentioned on Hotels.com or their website. We were very disappointed. At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge disappointment. We ended up with a smaller room in a deplorable state, with scratches on the walls and baseboards, a broken shower head, and a loose toilet paper holder. Just because I have a dog, I have to get a terrible room? Regarding the pool area, it's more like a footbath than a proper pool. I'm not very tall, and the water barely reached my knees. Not to mention, they don't regulate the flow of people despite a reserved time slot, and there's a constant hubbub. It's anything but relaxing because it's small and crowded. I won't even go into the quality of the mattress and the rest, as I lack the necessary character. This hotel isn't worth 5 stars, 3 at best.

From check in to last day it was impeccable, staff where so kind and helpful, rooms where beautiful, spotlessly clean and so aesthetic, the spa was insane, if you do anything, just go do this spa, absolutely incredible! The pools/saunas/atmosphere/staff/food/drinks everything was just incredible!
