Very comfortable & convenient for a city break. If I was to nit pick we found the bathroom a little small and missed not having a usb port. Lovely included breakfast and great views from the sky bar. With so much going on in Gothenburg I unfortunately missed trying out their spa.

Very comfy hotel, room are well set up (dryer, iron, TV, minibar, complimentary food). Bed was comfortable with a set of pillows of various softness, super comfortable and appreciatable.

A nice hotel if you get the right room
A fine hotel in a good location. Well equipped and elegant with a nice breakfast. My only complaint is that the wifi is weak in rooms at the end of the hall and in some of the rooms the view out the window is basically looking at a wall. So request a room looking out and closer to the center.

Nice location, rooms lack light.
The hotel is well located for restaurants and shopping. The rooftop bar has lovely views over the water. The breakfast was excellent. However the standard rooms lack natural light as the windows overlook a sidestreet behind the hotel. The pictures on hotels.com for each type of room are misleading.

We love to see that you had such a great stay and especially appreciated our breakfast, skybar, and location.We are very careful to show accurate photos and descriptions of all our rooms and would really like to know which ones you found misleading so that we can investigate.For another time, we can recommend our Premium Queen View rooms, that are high up and facing the water, or our new and amazing Deluxe rooms that are facing the front and have large windows.Or of course - for a very special occasion - our wonderful Penthouse rooms, with panoramic water views and their own balcony's.Welcome back!Best regards,Rebecka

I stayed at this hotel twice. Locationwise very good. 1. Pillows could be better. 2. Timing for the breakfast not in favour of people who shall have their breakfast early and go to their job.quality for the breakfast was good though. 3. Bathroom was a mix of high quality and law quality fittings. 4. The hotel tries to make money out of anything. One need to pay to enter the gym. 5. In my first week of stay, I had room 306. There were small flies in the room.

Quite cool place
Nothing much changed since last visit - reception staff would do with some “effectiveness” or “team work” course - as again when check in - you have to line up infront of one girl - while the others are hidden in the back office and takes quite a while to convince them to come upfront and help out in “sudden clients arrival rush” - the rest is cool - lovely clean and comfy place to stay in Gothenburg.

3 nights on business
Wonderful hotel for 3 nights on business. Great to return after Covid and experience the classy renovations. Love the rooms and the location. The restaurant and bar on top floor is surprisingly better as was always great. I am looking forward to teturning when possible.

The room was not so good, with a very small window and with very few free space. The Wi-Fi was very unstable during the whole stay and did not work at all in some parts of the room. The breakfast was ok and it was good to have the option to eat at the restaurant from the hotel.
