Amazing room, comfortable bed. The hotel lobby had a cozy bar with good options. The breakfast was amazing. The only issue was the enterance was hard to find at first.

First class, fairly new. Boat ride across to city centre but close to hotel. Airport bus stops within 5 minute walk. Nice size room and excellent breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

Issues with drainage in the bathroom sink and shower. Notified the hotel to fix the issue after the first night. However no significant improvements for the remaining of staying.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't cleaned well enough. We found hair in the bed from previous guests and used condoms in the trash. Plus, the drain was clogged, which was really annoying. Every time we tried to talk to the staff about these problems, it honestly felt like we were more of a bother than a guest getting help.

Prima hotel. Hotel zelf ziet er prachtig uit. Omgeving is een grote bouwput. Je koffer moet je dragen, rollen gaat niet door de niet-geasfalteerde omgeving.

Even though we booked three rooms and brought the whole family to the hotel, I must say that the spa employee was not friendly, and it was my first entire time i felt very disrespected as a customer & hated to stay in the hotel the following day. This experience will likely prevent me from choosing this hotel on my next trip. Otherwise, everything else was good, and the general service was very good.
