This hotel was very convenient for anything around the city. Staff was very helpful and gave us their own personal fan when they didn't have to. They put the guest before themselves.

Comfortable, clean, quiet location, nearby central

Easy walking distance from the train station, located in a quieter, more rural part of town but with many quaint restaurants and grocery stores still nearby for accessibility. The hotel from the outside looks like an apartment but rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and bonus there is a bathtub which you don't come by too often. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is one of the best I've had. This hotel was a gem of a find.

Cozy hotel with good service and lovely breakfast

We are a family of four and had a wonderful stay at the hotel during the Christmas holiday. The family room was spacious and everything worked perfectly. The kids especially loved the waffle buffet in the afternoon. There were also juice, tea, and coffee available to accompany the waffles. The breakfast in the morning offered a good variety of food. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and a shopping mall. We absolutely loved this cozy hotel and would highly recommend it.

Friendly hotel staff

Clean and simple hotel relatively close to the central station and city center. Nice and friendly staff. Quite a few cheap and honest restaurants in the area. Breakfast at the hotel offers different choices. However, the buffet seem difficult to keep clean and inviting, as food is stakked on a rather small table - people tend to use hands instead of forks, as forks are not very helpful. Coffee is good. Wifi is not always accessible, and tv signal falls out as well.

Nice room, double bed, the deep soaking tub was a real treat and hard to find in other hotels. The breakfast was good, the staff was supportive, I was able to work on my laptop in the dining area after breakfast, the staff helped me with directions to the tram and the bus, the Thai restaurant around the corner was very good.

Our room was located on the 6th floor, but since the elevator only went to the 5th, we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. The room was too small for 3 people and apart from a small table, there was a lack of furniture, so we had to keep our clothes unpacked. The room was also not cleaned properly, when we checked in, there was empty 2L Coke bottle on the balcony, as well as some stuff left in trash bin. The breakfast was relatively okay. Regarding location, even though it's not the nicest area, it felt safe and has good connection with public transportation and central station.

Cheap and cheerful, good for location

Great hotel for a central stay but found it looking a bit tired with paint cracking on walls. Room was spacious however walls are thin and I found myself being woken early by the alarm of the room next door one day and by bin collection outside at 6am the next morning. It would have been nice to have a little more signage for rooms and amenities like the breakfast room but overall a cheap and cheerful stay.

Easy acces to the hotel and friendly staf, but the beds are terrible and not enough towels in the room. It was also very hot and temp was not adjustable.

I'm starting with breakfast, couldn't even get fresh bread; they served old ones. All the knives, spoons, and forks were really dirty since they've been used for years. It's definitely time to replace them. As for my room, the window wouldn’t fully close because the lock was broken. The walls were really dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell good. I wasted my money.

Das Hotel liegt zentral genug, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr gut. Einzig der Eingang zum Hotel und die Rezeption sind verbesserungsbedürftig, das passt nicht zum sonst sehr guten Hotel. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel war sehr praktisch und mit 200 Kronen preiswert.
