"Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji."

"incredible stay - a highlight of our trip! Everything was very clean and looked brand new - the view of Mount Fuji from the bed was amazing. "This hotel experience was a dream! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Definitely will return to Hakone and spend more than a day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is breathtaking. We had a private tub on our balcony that was fed by a hot spring. Truly and amazing experience!"
