A beautiful hotel. We had a large and well appointed bedroom on 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the stunning green landscape with a spring water bath and swing chair. This was the last hotel of our travels around Japan and I am glad we saved it for last. For our family it was perfect and an amazing experience. Where can we start? The food was simply out of this world, both dinner and breakfast. They catered to a vegetarian and were very attentive. The room was amazing, spacious, with all kinds of amenities included, free drinks, tea and coffee, a Bluetooth speaker and of course a private osen on the balcony facing a bamboo forest. Everything was top-notch. We booked the pool/sauna downstairs, and that was fantastic, as well as the gym. We also enjoyed drinks at the bar, including the Japanese whiskey....

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were friendly and attentive (and didn’t mind my poor attempts at Japanese!), the facilities including the Onsen were fantastic. Free drinks on the third floor was a nice surprise, and the dinner was spectacular. Breakfast is traditional Japanese so don’t expect eggs and bacon (think fish and rice), but also super! Room was comfy and clean, the outside bath was brilliant too! Highly recommended!!
