Gave me a little sore throat and mild congestion because of the dust in the atmosphere of my bedroom but overall clean and neat environment. When stepping out of the room the smell of the furniture was be noticed as being a bit antique on the cheaper rooms. But regardless of that, everything was absolutely beautiful thank you! I liked longing on the couch down the stairs even took a nap. Really nice view outside and environment to be in.

The location was absolutely beautiful. And the rooms were fine- small, but totally fine and clean. That said, a few things to point out. 1. TV in the room... but it didn't work 2. AC was on, and there was a big sign that said, " Contact maintenance. " When you called, the voicemail said "someone has access to this phone all day"... and the vmail box is full! So, we changed it ourselves to heat. 3. The locks on the doors didn't really work; we had to really work them. We thought we were locked out twice and had no one to call. 4. There's a kitchen, but you can't use the sinks because the drains don't work. It said to use plastic cups for HOT coffee! 5. Fire place in the main floor didn't work. So, while it was clean, and the rooms were fine. I would highly encourage the manager to 1. Cleanout the voicemail or just answer the phone! Second, maybe fix a few things in the property. Would I go back? No!

No on-site staff but we had everything we needed and the common area was fantastic. Walls are a little thin (it’s a very old building) but most guests were very quiet. Less than 10 minutes from Sunapee ski area! Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and our bathroom was amazing! You cannot have food in your room and there isn’t a tv or anything in there. I didn’t see any staff at the place. It wasn’t explained to me how to get into the place very well at all so it took us a few minutes to figure it out and we felt kind of foolish. It was fine if you just wanted a place to sleep for the night but we probably wouldn’t go back.

What a bargain! A beautiful Inn located in the quiet countryside. Our bed was very comfortable, room met all our needs and the common areas were excellent. We were pleased to meet some of the other guests. A very enjoyable stay!

A perfect little getaway during Fall foliage season. Great location in scenic New Hampshire, and close to Vermont. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable after a long day of driving. Well rested, a good night's sleep. Cute towns - Currier & Ives Scenic Byway nearby.

The building is beautifully decorated and spotless! When I got into the room it smelled amazing it was so comfortable and the decorations and bed spread were so cute! The electronic thermostat and noise maker were really nice touches and everything was just perfect. The attention to detail was spectacular. 10/10 would recommend to any one and would stay again
