Besonderen Dank möchten wir an Michelle (Step1/Step2 😉) und das restliche Team im Restaurant aussprechen, die uns jeden Abend bedient haben. "Hotel reception provides wrong information regarding the access to hotel , we travel by tourist bus and bus cannot access area as there is 3.5 metre bridge before we enter the hotel area and we need to use shuttle service from hotel approx 200-300
Metre away 2-3 times to transfer luggage and guests and also reception said they spent 2 hours with us as we have to pay 150 chf non receipt from local police and 150 chf from hotel for such a time spending with our group
