"Lovely 11 night stay. Fabulous attentive and caring staff, everyone couldn’t do enough for us. We had a tired Deluxe King suite. Bed was comfy, good shower although you had to let the water run for 5-7 mins before the hot water kicked in, TV’s were a little temperamental but the maintenance crew quick and fixed any issues. The suite was lovely, spacious, as per pictures but a little tired as peeling paint, dated furniture and amenities. The housekeeping team did a fab job and were flexible in cleaning times to suit us, but other areas like the bar had dusty sofas which you could see hadn’t been cleaned recently. Main resturant was clean and nice, Tokyo bar food was wonderful, good sushi! Would I stay again? Yes. "

"Do not stay here. It is one of the most expensive hotels in Ludhiana but absolutely not worth it. Drilling during massage. Hammering sounds whilst in room, party prep noise early morning. When checking in, given zero info on hotel. Tv had to call a man to get is working. In room telephone really bad, wifi stopped working every day. No umbrellas by pool( see photo) so almost impossible to sit out. Hole by tap, electrical socket in bathroom comes away from wall. This is a hotel in need of renovation. The staff are very nice but often clueless and just saying anything hoping you will believe them( hammering noise is the air con!!) ( wifi will be back on on 10 minutes). They took food bill off.. 2 bowls of dhall and some chappatis. I have never posted a bad review of a hotel before.. I will be contacting radisson head office"

It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by everyone at the hotel. I would highly recommend Best Western Phagwara, especially for families traveling with elderly guests or anyone needing a little extra support. We look forward to returning!"
