Na entrada já informaram que o estacionamento tinha custo, sendo que não aplicativo não era esta a informação, mostramos o aplicativo a gerente informou que seria melhor cancelar e ir embora, já passamos por 25 países no último ano e nunca fomos tão destratados, equipe em geral mal educada, a comida é terrível, tudo servido requentado a única coisa que salvou foi os sorvetes do almoço. Não indico pra ninguém essa experiência de falta de inclusão. A gerente falou pro cuidador de carro que não cuidasse do veículo porque não seria pago. Eles vendem como all inclusive mais querem cobrar tudo por fora. O spa se não pagar você nem pode acessar, imagine. Os búlgaros em geral não são solícitos mais estes são os piores, pior experiência:

Kamers zijn groot en met een mooie uitzicht, de restaurant was iets minder, ze hadden weinig keuze en bijna elke dag was hetzelfde. Ook 30 minuten voor de eindtijd van elke maaltijd is bijna alles op en ze gaan niks bijvullen.

Hotel sauber Zimmer groß. Beim All inklusive Massentourismus zu wenig Tische im Speiseraum ewiger Kampf um sich hinzusetzen.Essensauswahl eher schwach wenig einladend.Keine Bar die Drinks im Glas serviert wo man gemütlich sich hinsetzen kann .Positiv das All inklusive bei Getränken ist 24/7.

Hotel Marina Goldstrand 5-Sterne Ich war von diesem Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Sehr große Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse, Blick auf das Meer. 30 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, Toiletten und Eingangsbereich wurden mehrmals täglich gereinigt. Sehr leckere Speisen, jeden Tag etwas Neues, frische Salate, vegane, vegetarische und glutenfreie Gerichte. Nettes Personal. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme, Poolbar, Mezzanina-Bar mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung für die Abendstunden. Ein Familienhotel, die Kinder bekommen ihre Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße, Eis, Pommes und Nuggets. Ich bin mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden gewesen und empfehle es weiter.

Zimmer geräumig modern,und sauber. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel hervorragend.Lage Top. Essen war lecker zwar jetzt keine riesige Auswahl aber alles völlig aussreichend. Falls sich jmd vegan ernähren möchte vvlt eher nicht zu empfehlen, und auch für Familien mit Kindern gibt es sicherlich bessere Alternativ Hotels. Aber ansosnten war ich völlig zufrieden.

Sehr Veraltete und teilweise beschädigte Ausstattung. Zimmer und Bad Katastrophal, Bad Wasser läuft aus, Fliesen wackeln weil es sehr veraltet ist. Zimmer Teppich muffelt Tapeten gerissen. Flur mit muffelnden alten Teppich verlegt. Restaurant essen immer das gleiche aber es schmeckt. Bei all inclusive keine Möglichkeit früh 6uhr kaffe zu bekommen und wenn man es fragt wird man von Personal auch beschimpft. Das Hotel verdient definitiv nicht seine 5 Sterne eher 2. für 5sterne ist alles vorhanden aber halt völlig veraltet Beste war der Saunabereich.
