I wasn’t happy with the property because it was dirty . We were at a wedding at the resort that started at four. They had rules about giving me the key early. I understood that and we went into the room after the wedding at 1 am.
There was a used tooth floss pick in the sink and in the room on the counter was the cover of someone’s razor. We checked out a day early because if didn’t know if they skipped other things like the sheets . Made me uneasy.
I told the front desk just so they know the room wasn’t clean. She said I should have called them to come and clean it - at one am when we just wanted to sleep ?! I had already paid for it so I just took the loss and left. She offered me 13 dollars to cover the resort fee for the day that we left early.
They couldn’t accommodate early check in due to cleaning of the rooms ( totally get that) but at one am and the room isn’t clean - that was unpleasant.
