"Very nice little room and very good swimming pool and hot tub with a few people there. The only negative thing about is that you can hear the neighbors. The location is also quite far from Sedona, around 20/25 minutes. But overall vey nice place to stay for a short period of time !"

"The pool was closed and the restaurant had limited menu due to a “situation in the kitchen.” Also I was not aware that the property is actually a time-share and did not appreciate trying to be sold one after having just spent 8hrs driving. The property and tiny homes are nice but we really wanted to use the pool and could not."

"Very quiet and could make our own food. Nice hot tubs. However we were placed by two buildings that were the housekeeping staff in and out with carts. The unit was not very clean and I was able to clean many things up rather easily. Also the sheet used as a bedspread was dirty and full of holes. We were on the outside row so near a highway. At times very loud. The price was good compared to other properties in Sedona. The bathtub used to be a jacuzzi but was poorly plastered over and retained dirt. One of the mirror closet doors came right off the track the first time we opened it! I did report it as I did not want to be charged for it. We are very private people so do not like people coming in and out. Thank you for reading."

"I did not like the practically mandatory stop at the concierge desk after check in. Everyone was getting essentially chased down by an employee to go to that desk first. Big time upsell attempt. Everything else was great. 2 bedroom condo was lovely."
